Advanced Pilates Instructor
Alex has always had a love and curiosity of movement and the human body. She completed her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Rehabilitation and a Masters Degree in 2013 exploring biomechanics. After some time working in a rehabilitation hospital she qualified with her Level 3 in Pilates as she saw the direct benefits of the method. Alex brings a contemporary, anatomically-based approach to Joseph Pilates' original exercise method. Using years of experience and knowledge from her studies, Alex incorporates exercise science and rehabilitation principles to enable a safe and effective low-impact way to strengthen the body. Pilates supports people of all ages to develop strength, flexibility, endurance and posture.
Alex finds joy sharing her knowledge with her clients in order to create stronger, mindful movements that help improve confidence in daily activities and facilitate individual goals.

In Home Session
Bringing all the benefits of Pilates to you! You bring the mat and I will bring the equipment we need for the session from small Pilates equipment to the ever loved MOTR (Pilates reformer, foam roller, and resistance trainer all in one)
Studio Session
Located in a private setting with the ability to explore the reformer, tower, and mat work. They are traditional pieces of Pilates equipment which uses springs and pullies to provide resistance and variety which Improves, strength, flexibility and balance.
Solo
Solo sessions are perfect for someone who is rehabilitating from an injury or has a specific fitness goal.
